We accept all mail with the exception of COD (collect on delivery).

Paying by mail

  1. Use envelope if provided.
  2. Include the following with your payment.
    • Case (cause) number
    • Phone number
    • Mailing address (to receive proper credit and a return receipt)
  3. Make payment payable to Travis County Centralized Collections

Fee

In addition to the $2 administrative fee, there will be a convenience fee of $3 (for balance under $100) or 3% (for balance over $100) added to card payments.
