Delinquent property tax installment applications, by mail

1. Use the green envelope that was enclosed with your bill.
2. Write "Proposal" on the bottom left-hand corner of the envelope.
3. Include the following:

• • Account number 
  • Property address 
  • Owner's name 
  • Proposed payment amount 
  • Proposed duration (3 to 12 months) 
  • Daytime phone number

4. Mail your proposal to
