Qualifications for four-payment installment plans

Installment payments of taxes on property in Disaster Area that has been damaged as a result of disaster or emergency

If your homestead was damaged during the 2025 storms and floods, you can pay taxes on your homestead in four equal installments without any penalty and interest.

Installment payments for age 65 and older, disabled and disabled veteran homesteads

If you are over 65, disabled, a disabled veteran or the unmarried surviving spouse of a disabled veteran, you can pay taxes on your homestead in four equal installments without any penalty and interest.

Enrollment options for four-payment installment plans

Online (by January 31st):

1. Search for your property.
2. Once you find your property, click on your account number.
3. Click on the Payment Plans button at the bottom of the page.
4. Select Four Payment Installment Agreement from the list and follow the prompts to complete enrollment.

Email (by January 31st):

1. Fill out the Letter of Intent to Make Four Installment Payments (Carta de Intención para Pagos Bimestrales).

3. Pay ¼ of your taxes by mail or online.

Mail (by January 31st):

Late installment payments

Late installment payments are subject to 6% penalty plus 1% interest each month the installment remains unpaid. Reach out to our office for your payment options if you fall behind on your installment payments or become unable to pay the installments.
