Include a $2 administrative fee for all payments (an administrative fee for collection of fines, fees, restitution, or other costs (Art 102.072 Code of Criminal Procedure) not to exceed $2 for each transaction).
Online
Full payment can be made online for eligible cases. Visit the Justices of the Peace Online Payments to determine if you qualify.

Fee
In addition to the $2 administrative fee there will be a fee of 2.75% added to payments made online.
By mail
We accept all mail with the exception of COD (collect on delivery).

- Use envelope if provided.
- Include the following with your payment.
- Case (cause) number
- Phone number
- Mailing address (to receive proper credit and a return receipt)

In addition to the $2 administrative fee there will be a convenience fee of $3 (for balance under $100) or 3% (for balance over $100) added to card payments.
