North Travis County residents will have local Tax Office support available once again beginning in August. The Travis County Tax Office in Pflugerville will reopen on Friday, August 1, adding 890 square feet of space that includes more customer service desks, a larger lobby with increased seating capacity, and an office for law enforcement partners.
The Pflugerville Tax Office will process motor vehicle title and registration transactions, collect property tax payments, and register voters for Travis County on behalf of Celia Israel, the Travis County Tax Assessor-Collector and Voter Registrar. The office lobby hours will be 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, and drive-thru services for disabled parking placards, vehicle registration renewals, and property tax payments will be available 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
“After eight months of construction, I’m excited for the community to have a convenient way to transact business with Travis County,” said Israel. “Our customer service is important to the everyday lives of our taxpayers, and we look forward to serving once again here in Pflugerville.”
